You may use TM Converter only for lawful purposes and only with media, files, links, and content that you own, control, or are otherwise authorized to use. This requirement applies to files processed with the Vocal Separator as well as other TM Converter tools.
2. No unauthorized downloading or circumvention
TM Converter's YouTube feature is for discovery and links visitors to YouTube. It is not intended to bypass access controls, digital rights management, platform restrictions, or copyright protections. You are responsible for complying with third-party platform terms and applicable law.
3. Browser-based conversion, analysis, and AI separation
Conversion, BPM/key analysis, and vocal-separation results are provided as convenience tools. BPM, key, file compatibility, conversion quality, vocal isolation, instrumental isolation, and other results may not always be exact or suitable for every use. AI source separation can leave vocal bleed, instrumental artifacts, reverb, backing vocals, or other material in either stem. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or distributing them.
4. Producer submissions
By submitting a beat or listing, you represent that you own or control the rights needed to provide the submitted information, links, and authorized download source. You authorize TM Converter to display approved listing information according to the license terms you provide.
5. Licenses remain between rights holders and users
TM Converter displays license information supplied by producers or rights holders but does not automatically become a party to those license agreements. Visitors are responsible for reading and following the specific terms attached to each beat before using it.
6. Moderation
We may approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove listings and submissions when reasonably necessary for quality, safety, rights concerns, policy compliance, or operation of the platform. Approval or a TM Verified label means the listing passed our platform review; it is not a legal guarantee of ownership or non-infringement.
7. Third-party services, AI assets, and affiliate links
TM Converter may link to or load resources from third-party websites and services, including producer stores, YouTube, affiliate partners, software CDNs, and AI model hosting providers. Those services operate under their own terms, policies, pricing, licenses, and availability. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Submitting or processing content you do not have authority to use.
- Using the site or separated stems to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to admin areas, databases, accounts, or infrastructure.
- Sending spam, malicious code, automated abuse, fraudulent submissions, or deceptive information.
- Using the service in a way that disrupts or damages TM Converter or third parties.
9. Availability and changes
Features may change, be limited, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every browser, device, AI model, file, link, or third-party service will remain compatible. Browser-based AI processing speed depends heavily on the visitor's hardware and browser capabilities.

TM Converter is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TM Converter and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, third-party services, user-submitted content, separated audio, or reliance on analysis or conversion results.
