Copyright & Takedown Policy

TM Converter respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. This page explains how rights holders can report a producer listing, download source, or other material they believe should be removed.

Last updated: August 22, 2026

1. What TM Converter hosts and links to

TM Converter provides browser-based tools, YouTube discovery links, producer submissions, and approved producer-authorized listing information. Some listings may point to files, stores, lease pages, or other websites controlled by third parties.

2. Reporting a rights concern

If you believe material shown or linked through TM Converter infringes your rights, use our contact page and choose Copyright / takedown. Please provide enough information for us to identify and review the material.

3. Include the following information

  • Your name and a reliable email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work or other right you believe is affected.
  • The exact TM Converter page, beat title, producer name, URL, or link you want reviewed.
  • A short explanation of why you believe the material is unauthorized.
  • A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.

4. Review and removal

We may temporarily disable or permanently remove a listing while reviewing a credible rights complaint. We may also contact the submitting producer for clarification or documentation. A listing may remain unavailable until the issue is resolved.

5. Repeat or abusive submissions

Producers who repeatedly submit content they do not control may lose access to TM Converter listing features. Knowingly false, misleading, or abusive takedown requests may also be rejected and documented.

6. Third-party platforms

If the material you are concerned about is hosted on YouTube, BeatStars, a cloud-storage service, or another third-party platform, you may also need to contact that platform directly because TM Converter may not control the underlying file or page.

7. Contact

Send rights-related requests through the TM Converter contact form. Providing complete information helps us review the request more efficiently.

Note: This page provides TM Converter's platform reporting process. It does not designate a registered DMCA agent or provide legal advice.
