TM Converter may collect information you choose to provide through forms, including your name, email address, producer name, beat information, links, license details, and messages sent through the contact page.
2. Files used with conversion and analysis tools
Our current file converter and BPM/key analyzer are designed to process selected media in your browser. TM Converter does not intentionally upload those selected media files to our server for those tools.
3. Search and third-party services
When you use YouTube discovery search, your search request is processed through TM Converter and sent to the YouTube Data API so matching public videos can be returned. Opening YouTube, affiliate partners, producer links, download sources, lease pages, or other third-party websites is subject to those services' own privacy practices.
4. Producer submissions and contact messages
Producer submissions and contact messages are stored in our database so we can review submissions, respond to inquiries, moderate listings, and operate the service. Producer email addresses and private review information are not displayed in the public authorized-beat directory.
5. Authentication and local storage
Administrative access uses secure authentication. Authentication services may use browser storage or cookies needed to maintain a signed-in session. We may also use basic technical information provided by hosting and security providers to protect the site and diagnose problems.
6. How we use information
- Provide and improve TM Converter tools and features.
- Review and publish approved producer-authorized listings.
- Respond to support, business, advertising, affiliate, and licensing inquiries.
- Prevent misuse, spam, fraud, or security problems.
