1. Information we collect
TM Converter may collect information you choose to provide through forms, including your name, email address, producer name, beat information, links, license details, and messages sent through the contact page.
2. Files used with conversion, analysis, and vocal-separation tools
Our current file converter, BPM/key analyzer, and AI vocal separator are designed to process selected media in your browser. TM Converter does not intentionally upload those selected media files to our server for these tools. The Vocal Separator may download AI model and runtime files from third-party hosting/CDN providers so the model can run on your device, but the selected song itself is intended to remain local to your browser during separation.
3. Search and third-party services
When you use YouTube discovery search, your search request is processed through TM Converter and sent to the YouTube Data API so matching public videos can be returned. The AI Vocal Separator may request software/model assets from providers such as Hugging Face or a JavaScript CDN. Opening YouTube, affiliate partners, producer links, download sources, lease pages, or other third-party websites is subject to those services' own privacy practices.
4. Google Analytics
TM Converter uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic and usage, such as page views, general traffic sources, device or browser information, and engagement with website features. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to provide these measurements. We use this information to understand how the site is used and to improve TM Converter.
5. Producer submissions and contact messages
Producer submissions and contact messages are stored in our database so we can review submissions, respond to inquiries, moderate listings, and operate the service. Producer email addresses and private review information are not displayed in the public authorized-beat directory.
6. Authentication and local storage
Administrative access uses secure authentication. Authentication services may use browser storage or cookies needed to maintain a signed-in session. The Vocal Separator may use browser cache storage to retain downloaded AI model files so a later separation does not need to download the model again. We may also use basic technical information provided by hosting and security providers to protect the site and diagnose problems.
7. How we use information

- Measure website traffic, usage, and performance.
- Review and publish approved producer-authorized listings.
- Respond to support, business, advertising, affiliate, and licensing inquiries.

8. Sharing

We keep submitted information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain moderation records, respond to inquiries, resolve disputes, or meet legal and security needs. Records may be deleted or archived when they are no longer needed.

TM Converter is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

You may contact us to request correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legitimate operational, security, and legal retention needs. Browser and device settings may also provide controls for cookies, tracking technologies, and cached site/model data.
